Our lab is developing a non-invasive immune response monitoring technique called CapTCR. CapTCR is a hybrid capture-based technique enabling capture of all TCR and Ig loci in a single reaction at a decreased cost. This novel technique enables spiking into conventional target panels and complementary boosting of immune signal within conventional libraries. This technique also removes PCR priming blind spots and biases.

We are currently testing this tool with multiple applications including: T-cell adoptive cell transfer, Investigator-Initiated Phase II Study of Pembrolizumab Immunological Response Evaluation (INSPIRE), B-cell loci profiling, Immune repertoire signal boosting of Illumina RNA-seq libraries, and On mouse-specific TCR and Ig panel to profile models of cancer evolution.
